Agreement
These terms apply to your use of the VPeaN website and early-access account area. By creating an account, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
Early access
VPeaN is under active development. Features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, or withdrawn. Early-access accounts do not guarantee an invitation date, particular location, native application, price, or general VPN availability.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for devices you authorise. Do not share access outside your household or use one device identity across multiple devices.
The planned VPN service
The paid beta is intended to include WireGuard access, standard locations, stated device limits, and unlimited data subject to fair use. Availability, latency, speed, specific IP addresses, and access to third-party services cannot be guaranteed. VPeaN is not an anonymity guarantee and does not make unlawful activity lawful.
Payments and cancellation
Payments are not yet enabled. Before billing opens, current prices, renewal timing, cancellation, failed-payment handling, and refund wording will be presented before purchase. Card details will be handled by Stripe rather than stored by VPeaN.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. VPeaN must not be used for unlawful activity, abuse, unsolicited messaging, attacks, harassment, rights infringement, or attempts to damage networks and systems.
Suspension and ending access
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate security issues, enforce these terms, respond to provider or legal requirements, or protect the service and others. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a route to contact us.
Disclaimers and liability
The early-access site is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Final paid-service limitations, governing law, company identity, and dispute terms must be completed after legal review and before public sale.
