You are not being charged. Creating an account does not collect a card, begin a subscription, or create a future payment obligation.
Current early access
There are no customer payments to refund because billing is intentionally disabled. Any page that suggests otherwise should be reported to support.
Before paid beta
A final refund window, eligibility rules, request method, and processing timeframe will be reviewed and published before Stripe Checkout opens. Those terms will be shown before purchase, not added afterwards.
Cancellation
The planned monthly service will be cancellable through Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation is intended to stop future renewal while access continues to the end of the paid period, unless access is terminated for abuse or a refund is issued. Final wording will be confirmed before sale.
